Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order using your email address and order reference provided in your confirmation email. This is 8 characters long and only contains letters and numbers.
Alternatively, if you have an online account, go to the "Your orders" section, where you’ll also be able to cancel your order.
If your order is already out for delivery, you won’t be able to cancel it yourself. If you wish to cancel an order that’s out for delivery or cancel part of an order, please contact us using Live Chat and our Customer Care Team will help arrange this for you.
