Can I change my order?Yes, as long as your order hasn’t already been left our warehouse, we can remove items, amend your delivery date, address or contact details. We cannot add items to any exisiting orders, if you need additional items please place a new order online. If your order has already left our warehouse depending on the type of amendment, we may not be able to make any changes. Please chat to us and we’ll happily talk through your options.

Can I cancel my order?Yes, you can cancel your order online using your email address and order reference provided in your confirmation email. This is 8 characters long and only contains letters and numbers.

Can I get a copy of my order?Yes. When you place an order online you will receive an email confirmation which will include all of your order details. If you have created an online account you will be able to download a PDF copy of your invoice. This can be found in the Your Orders section by clicking the "Download invoice" link under the order summary.

Can I get a VAT invoice for my order?Yes, you can download VAT invoices from your online account in the "View details" section for the specific order by selecting "View invoice" If you don’t have an online account, you can create an account using the same email address and this will allow you to manage any existing orders.

How can I find my order reference?Your order reference is 8 characters long and only contains letters and numbers. You can find it in the Your Orders section of your online account or in your order confirmation email, which you should have received shortly after placing your order. If you don’t have an online account or haven’t received your confirmation email, please contact us using Live Chat and our customer care team will help you with this.

Will COVID-19 measures affect my order?We are operating in line with the latest Government guidance in relation to Coronavirus (COVID-19) were people visiting or working in your home can continue following safety measures. You can still place orders on our website and there is currently no impact to orders. Our deliveries are contactless, ensuring that there is no physical contact on receipt of orders. Should your situation change before your planned delivery, please chat to us.
