Can I exchange my item?You can exchange most items up to 30 days after receiving it. Exchanged items must be unused and in a resaleable condition. How can I return an item?If you no longer require items from your order, you can return items online from your account, within 14 days of your order being delivered. If you don’t have an online account, you can create an account using the same email address and this will allow you to manage any existing orders. What shall I do if my item is faulty?If you think your item is faulty and you're within 1 year of your delivery date please chat to us as soon as possible. We will need a description of the fault, your order reference and billing information and if possible supporting images. What shall I do if my items arrived damaged?On the rare occasion that an item has arrived damaged you can request a FREE replacement online from your account, within 30 days of your order being delivered. As long as your item isn’t already installed, we’ll ensure a replacement is sent free of charge once the damage has been confirmed. If you don't have an online account, you can create an account using the same email address and this will allow you to manage any existing orders.

Why can’t I return my items online?Don’t worry, if there isn’t the option to return your items online, this could be due to your order status, payment method or delivery courier. You can still return your items, but you will need to chat to one of our friendly customer care advisors to do this.

Why do I have to pay to return my items?In line with our returns policy, you can return your items within 14 days of your order being delivered for a full refund, but you are required to pay for the costs associated with the return. We charge this small fee to cover the cost of transportation and processing of returns at our distribution centre.
