What shall I do if my items arrived damaged?

If, on the rare occasion, an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

As long as your item isn’t already installed or used, and we can confirm the damage, we'll ensure a replacement is sent free of charge.

Claims for damages will not be accepted outside of this 30 day timeframe, nor will they be accepted on made-to-order items which have been checked with your delivery team upon arrival.
