Where is my order?In the rare instance, where your order cannot be delivered on your scheduled delivery date, we will contact you and reschedule for a date suitable for you. If your order was due to arrive and has not been delivered, please contact us using Live Chat as soon as possible and our customer care team will investigate for you. If your order is being delivered by a trusted delivery partner, it may be best for you to contact them directly, however, we will be happy to help and look into this for you.

What shall I do if my item is faulty?If you think your item is faulty and you're within 1 year of your delivery date please chat to us as soon as possible. We will need a description of the fault, your order reference and billing information and if possible supporting images. For more details, see the 'Returning faulty items' section of our returns policy.

What should I do if an item in my order is missing?Please make sure you inspect your goods as soon as you receive them and let us know within 7 days of receipt if any part or items is missing, by contacting us and quoting your order reference. If a missing part or item is reported over 7 days after receiving your goods, we’ll be unable to send a replacement.

I've received the wrong product, what can I do?Please contact us as soon as possible via chat quoting your order reference number and the product code from the incorrect item.

What shall I do if my items arrived damaged?On the rare occasion that an item has arrived damaged you can request a FREE replacement online from your account, within 30 days of your order being delivered. As long as your item isn’t already installed, we’ll ensure a replacement is sent free of charge once the damage has been confirmed. If you don't have an online account, you can create an account using the same email address and this will allow you to manage any existing orders.

What should I do if an item in my order is incorrect or missing?If your order as arrived and we have delivered something you didn't purchase, please chat to us and we will resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
