What should I do if an item in my order is missing?

Please make sure you inspect your goods as soon as you receive them and let us know straight away if any parts or items are missing, by contacting us and quoting your order reference. 

You must report any missing parts or items to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Outside of this timeframe, we'll be unable to send you a replacement. 

We're unable to offer you a refund on any missing part or item at any time.
