What should I do if an item in my order is missing?

Please make sure you inspect your goods as soon as you receive them and let us know straight away if any part or items is missing, by contacting us and quoting your order reference. 

If your order was placed on or after the 1st September 2023, you would get 72 hours to report a missing item for a replacement. This can be organised either via your website account, or by contacting our LiveChat team. If your order was placed before the 1st September 2023, you would get 5 days to report a missing item for a replacement, please contact our LiveChat team to arrange this. 

If you are over this timeframe, we wouldn't be able to offer a replacement or a refund.
