How do I add a discount code to my order?Using a discount code is easy and you can do this on the basket page. Simply add the code to the “Voucher code” section shown below the payment summary and click “Apply”. Only 1 discount code can be used per order, order value limits may apply.

How can I get in touch with you?To help you as quickly and effectively as possible we have our knowledgebase full of helpful FAQs to answer any questions you might have. If you need help with an exisiting order you can track delivery, return items, cancel order and replace damaged items online yourself. If you still need to get in touch, we have an online chat service. VictoriaBot can help with most queries and when available connect you to an agent.

How can I manage my account?You can sign in to your account, allowing you to retrieve saved baskets from any device, track, cancel and return orders, and download invoices and installation guides. If you placed an order as a guest, you can create an account using the same email address and this will allow you to manage any existing orders. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can request a password reset.
